
HR Manager – Cyfield Group
Biography:
Kyriacos Andreou is an experienced Human Resources professional with more than 19 years of experience across construction, real estate, energy, trading, and consulting sectors. Since 2019, he has served as Group Human Resources Manager at Cyfield Group, leading all major HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development. Prior to this, he worked with Deloitte and Ernst & Young as a Human Resources and Business Consultant, contributing to culture transformation initiatives, benchmarking studies, and the design and implementation of high-performance management systems. Earlier in his career, he held the position of Human Resources Manager within the FMCG division of Tseriotis Group. He holds an MBA from the Open University of Cyprus, an MSc in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior from CIIM, and a BSc in Banking and Finance from the University of Piraeus. His strengths include leadership, communication, adaptability, analytical thinking, and strategic decision-making.
Vision:
My vision for contributing to the Cyprus HR Association is to support the advancement of the HR profession by fostering innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration among HR practitioners. I aim to contribute by sharing knowledge on emerging workplace trends, people development, talent management, and the responsible use of technology in HR. Through active participation in events, discussions, and professional initiatives, I would seek to encourage the exchange of best practices and help strengthen the HR community in Cyprus. I am particularly interested in promoting inclusive workplaces, employee well-being, and evidence-based HR practices that create value for both organizations and employees. By collaborating with fellow professionals and supporting the Association’s objectives, I hope to contribute to the development of a forward-looking HR profession that is equipped to address future workforce challenges and opportunities.
