Vision:
I envision an HR Association that serves not only as the professional representative body of our profession but also as a strategic partner in shaping the future of work and employment in Cyprus. I believe that the next chapter of the Association should focus on delivering greater value to its members. This means creating more opportunities for learning and professional development, facilitating the exchange of knowledge and best practices, strengthening meaningful networking, and providing access to modern trends, insights, and tools that enhance the impact of HR professionals within their organizations. At the same time, I believe the Association should pursue a stronger and more influential role in decision making forums. HR professionals possess the expertise and experience to contribute meaningfully to policies and discussions related to employment, skills development, workforce productivity, and employee well-being. For this reason, it is important to strengthen the Association’s presence and participation in advisory councils, committees, and institutional dialogues, both at national and European levels. Through my involvement, I aspire to contribute to a more outward-looking, dynamic, and influential Association—one that effectively represents its members, elevates the strategic importance of the HR profession, and serves as a respected voice in shaping the future of work, the labor market, and society as a whole.
