You can join our Association by forwarding the application form for individual members duly filled along with the required documentation as indicated on the form.

Application forms can be submitted electronically via email at info@cyhrma.org or via fax on 22 318083 or by post at P.O. Box 28785, 2082, Nicosia, Cyprus.
Your application will be reviewed by the Board of Directors of the CyHRMA to ensure that the criteria for membership are met and to decide the category of membership applicable. The review is done as part of the regular scheduled meetings of the Board and applicants are notified by email at the earliest.
The first payment of your subscription fee is payable within 30 days of receipt of the membership confirmation email. Upon receiving the payment your membership in the CyHRMA will be activated.

Corporate Member
You can join our Association as a Corporate Member by forwarding the relevant application form duly filled along with the required documentation as indicated on the form.

| Retired Members (according to the Social Insurances Fund). “Retired” people are only considered to be those who have completed their 65th year of age, in line with the Social Insurance Fund policy. Any CyHRMA members who are early retirees will not be treated as “Retired” for membership purposes. |

*Members who have been approved by the Board from 1st January to 30th June pay the full amount of the annual subscription. Members who have been approved by the Board from 1st July to 31st December pay the ½ of the annual subscription.
*There is a 20% discount on annual subscriptions for members who prepay for three years.
*Within the context of the Corporate Social Responsibility policy, the Board of Directors decided to offer for one year, for the period January 2023 – December 2023, free subscription to new and existing unemployed members provided that they present the relevant official documents from the Social Insurances Fund.
Methods of Subscription Payment
1. Direct Debit
Payments can be made by filling out the Direct Debit Authorization Form and submitting it to your Bank, thus instating the debit order.
2. Credit Card
Payments can be made by your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) by simply sending us an email to info@cyhrma.org with your card details or by contacting us at 22318081. Information needed: Card Number and Expiry Date
3. Through JCC Smart
Create an account to JCC Smart
Click on “Organisations” and then “Cyprus Human Resources Management Association”
On “Subscriptions” click on “Bill Payment”
Complete the information
