It is with great pleasure that we celebrated again on May 20, the International Human Resources Day (IHRD), which has been officially established since 2019 at the initiative of the European Association for People Management (EAPM).

This year’s theme was about our role as a profession in leading change to improve working lives, and not slipping back into traditional ways of thinking and working. The theme implies we are leading a future that will be more inclusive, flexible, and participative, one which will benefit workers, organisations and society as a whole.

Our Association participated in many actions:

•  ‘New world? New jobs and new Leadership’ webinar organised by EAPM. You can watch the recording here.
• The CyHRMA organised a charity gala in the context of the 30years of celebrations and International HR Day. The event was a success with more than 150 members and friends of the association.
