Following on from that, Mr Andreou presented and analysed some of the desired and required skills that today’s employers look for, such as commercial acumen, team-spirit, self-motivation, being driven by results and being target-focused. Finally, Mrs Charalambous developed the importance of Positive Psychology and the role positive thinking, emotions and behaviour can play in achieving better performance during the interview process and generally in empowering the whole job hunting phase. She also explained ways and strategies for reinforcing positivity in our personal and working lives.
