Biography:

Natasa Iacovides was born and raised in Limassol, Cyprus. Her academic background includes a BSc in Business Administration and Management, and an MA in Human Resources Management. She is a certified Executive Coach by the Academy of Executive Coaching (AOEC). Natasa has 22-years work experience in the field of Human Resources. In 2007, she joined Hermes Airports as a Human Resources Officer, and since 2013 has held the role of Director of Human Resources & Executive Coach. Natasa holds also the role of the Code of Ethics & Compliance Officer since 2018. Throughout her career, she was a Board Member of the Cyprus Human Resources Management Association (CyHRMA) and the European Association for People Management (EAPM) (2013 to 2017). She is a member of the ACI Europe Leadership and Human Resources Forum where she held the positions of Vice Chair and Chair (2020-2023).  

Vision:

My vision is to be part of the driving force that elevates the association to be bigger and stronger than before, by offering substantial support to the HR professionals on the island, through various means such as training, seminars, activities etc. I would like through the association to help the HR profession to get the recognition it deserves and at the same time help HR professionals to become Business Partners within their companies, contributing in a strategic way, to the success of their organisations. I would also like to focus on the Pafos and Limassol districts, bringing more people in from these areas, and showcasing what these regions have to offer through organised events and activities.
