Learning And Development / Trainer – CYTA

• Replaces the President in his/her absence.
• Prepares, coordinates and implements the plan of the Association’s Annual Conference, ensuring that the Conference is implemented in accordance with the decisions of the Board of Directors.
• Manages all matters concerning the building facilities of the Association.

Biography:

I have been working in Cyta’s personnel development department since 2001. I am myself a certified HRDA trainer and I implement a number of trainings, while I am constantly involved in various staff development activities. In addition to the above, I have been involved in other projects related to the Human Resources field, such as the implementation of a new Performance Management System, as well as for the improvement of staff culture. I recently had the opportunity to deliver a short presentation at the Annual Conference 2023 of the Cyprus Human Resource Management Association.BI am a member of the HRM Association since 2017, a CyHRMA Member of the Board since 2023, a member of the Cyprus Computer Society, and was Deputy Secretary General of EPOET (OHO-SEK) trade union during the period 2013-2021. Finally, I am an active member of the CYTA’s Welfare Association Choir. Academically, I hold a diploma in Civil Engineering from HTI, a Bachelor in Computer Science and a Master in Business Administration.

By strengthening networking opportunities, fostering collaboration between HR professionals, and creating platforms for ongoing dialogue and knowledge exchange, we can build a vibrant HR ecosystem that supports both individual growth and the advancement of the profession in Cyprus.
