Vision:

What drew me to HR is the people side of it, and over the years I’ve realised how much we, as HR professionals in Cyprus, could gain from simply talking to each other more. We deal with the same headaches around talent, compliance, and change, often in isolation. My vision for CyHRMA is to close that gap and become the bridge that genuinely connects us, while also establishing the Association as a strategic partner to government on HR and Payroll matters, ensuring our profession has a real voice when policy is shaped. I’d like to contribute by helping create spaces where HR people actually meet and exchange, informal peer forums, sector roundtables, honest conversations about what works and what doesn’t. Having worked in pharmaceuticals, financial services, and now HR consulting, I’ve seen how much practical wisdom lives inside our community but rarely gets shared. I want to help CyHRMA become the place every HR practitioner turns to, not out of obligation, but because it actually makes their working life easier and their voice louder.
