Vision:
My vision is for the Cyprus Human Resource Management Association to continue strengthening its role as the leading professional body for HR practitioners, driving excellence, innovation, and people-centred workplaces across Cyprus. As a Board Member, I would contribute by promoting knowledge sharing, professional development, and meaningful networking opportunities that help HR professionals address emerging challenges, including talent attraction and retention, workforce transformation, employee wellbeing, and the integration of new technologies. I am particularly passionate about fostering collaboration between HR professionals, businesses, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to support the development of future talent and elevate the HR profession. Drawing on my professional experience in Human Resources, I would actively support initiatives that enhance member engagement, encourage the exchange of best practices, and reinforce the Association’s contribution to shaping the future of work in Cyprus.
