– Manages relationships with key partners within and outside Cyprus such as EAPM, ΟΕΒ etc
– Performs project management tasks for key events/projects of the Association assigned by the President.

Biography:

Vicky Charalambous holds a PhD in Positive Organizational Psychology, a Master’s degree in Organizational & Economic Psychology and a B.Sc. in International and European Economic Studies. She has more than 20 years of experience as an HR Professional, Τrainer and Researcher.  She served as a university lecturer and a Director of a Postgraduate degree. She is currently the Director of the Institute of Development, where she manages EU projects, provides counselling services and training aimed at personal and professional development, utilizing, among other things, applications of Positive Psychology in the workplace. She holds the position of Chief Happiness Officer/Senior Researcher at the international center CARDET. She has been an active member of CyHRMA since 2004 and has served as a member of the Ethics Committee. She has also been recognized for her contribution to the International Relations Committee and has also held the position of Publications and Communications Coordinator as a member of the Board of Directors (2013-2015). She is also a member of the Hellenic Association of Positive Psychology. In the past, she has worked at SHL Hellas, providing consulting services in human resources management. Vicky has also held the position of Human Resources Executive at British American Tobacco, as well as being responsible for Recruitment and Performance Management at C.A. Papaellinas. Her main interests include Workplace wellbeing, motivation and empowerment of individuals and groups, Positive Leadership & Leadership skills development, Happiness at work, Psychological Resilience and Performance Management. She loves supporting organizations create positive experiences and environments which unleash the power of their people.
