• Plans, coordinates and implements the activities/trainings of the Association except for the Annual Conference where he/she has a supporting role. 
• Promotes the events / trainings of the Association.

Biography:

I have been in HR positions for over 15 years now, having worked in various industries including insurance, professional services and computer games.  In my current position as Senior HRBP for Global Corporate Functions at Wargaming I work across talent development, leadership, performance management, workforce planning and organizational design.  Being a big supporter of DEI initiatives and an Ambassador for Women in Games and Women in Tech, I am very active in helping women to grow and strengthen their presence in the tech/gaming industry.

Vision:

The Cyprus HR Association is a vital professional community aiming to develop, advance and continuously evolve the HR profession in Cyprus.  The essence of this mission speaks to my heart as I am a keen supporter and promoter of developing HR as a strategic business partner for organizations and for the workforce overall.  My contribution could focus on finding ways to enhance further the sense of community that this association embodies, either through representation in global HR events/conferences, partnership with other global associations, giving opportunities for mentorship inside the association (mentors and mentees) and sharing best practices on key areas that are prevailing currently in organization.
