Committee Member - Vicky Charalambous
Vicky Charalambous is a PhDcan of Positive Organisational Psychology, holds a postgraduate degree in Organisational Psychology and BA in International
and European Economic Studies. She worked at SHL Hellas, offering consulting services in human resource management. Additionally, she held
the position of HR Executive at British American Tobacco, and the position of Recruitment & Performance Development Manager at C.A. Papaellinas.
She currently manages the Institute of Development. Her tasks involve among others, training and consultancy for Personal and Professional
development and she deals with applications of Positive Psychology in the workplace. She has been involved in the project management of eight
European funding programms. She is also the coordinator of the Master’s Programm "Creative Arts & Animation" at Global College and has
worked as a lecturer in Organizational Psychology at the European University. She is a Fellow Member of the CyHRMA in which she was holding
the role of Publications & Communication Representative of the Board of Directors (2013 – 2015) and has been awarded for her contribution
in the International Relations Committee. Vicky is a research team member of the Greek Association of Positive Psychology. Her basic interests
relate to well-being at work, motivating, engaging and empowering people, psychological resilience and performance management.
