Mol, Peter van der Linden and Nihan Kutahnecioglu, conducted a research on managerial personnel selection methods in European organizations in which the CyHRMA has participated in 2012.<\/p>\n<p>This research investigated the following: when it comes to deciding which methods to use for managerial personnel selection, the selection decision-makers in organizations rely on selection methods other than those that would be prescribed by academics.
