Key Responsibilities:
- He/she has a supporting role at planning, coordinating and implementing the activities / trainings of the Association except the Annual Conference.
- Performs project management tasks for key events/projects of the Association assigned by the President.
Maria Spyrides is the Manager of People & Organisational Effectiveness, at Hellenic Bank’s HR Division and is responsible for the design and implementation of Rewards & Incentive Schemes, Talent, Performance and Feedback Systems, as well as for Organisational Restructurings.
Maria has an experience of more than 14 years in the HR field. Before joining the Human Resources team of Hellenic Bank, she was a Senior Manager at Deloitte’s Human Capital Services and prior to that she worked at the Human Resources Department of EY.
Maria was one of the first HR professionals in Cyprus that was certified to provide consulting services with the “Investors in People” standard of excellence. Maria is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). She holds an MSc in Human Resource Management & Development from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences (LSE) and a BSc in Operations Management from the University of Lancaster.
