Strategic Priorities
The Strategic Priorities of the Association are:
The promotion and establishment of the HR profession and the work of the professionals in this field as strategic business and social partners.
The study, research and education in Human Resource Management (Industrial Relations and Personnel Management) through activities of the Association and its members, or through the support of other individuals and organizations which have the necessary expertise in the field.
Upgrading the level and preservation of the professions’ dignity as well as the professional reputation of the Association.
Monitoring the developments in the HR field in Cyprus and abroad and updating the members and other interested individuals.
The development of collaboration and networking among the members of the Association.
The study and promotion of laws/regulations and best practices in the field in cooperation with other bodies.
Establishing and developing relationships and partnerships with other Associations, Bodies and Organizations in Cyprus and abroad.
