Operations

 

One of the remarkable things about the Cyprus Human Resource Management Association and a source of great pride is the fact that the vast majority of the operations of the Association are undertaken by volunteers. 

The core work of the Association is done by the Board of Directors, while the office management and member relations are undertaken by the Officer, Operations and Member Relations. 

The work of the Board is further enhanced by the various Committees whose volunteers undertake valuable activities such as the compilation and publishing of the various publications of the Association, organizing key events, such as the Annual CyHRMA Conference, exchange visits through European programs such as Leonardo and much, much more.

The activities of the Association are governed by the Constitution, the Policy Manual and Operations Manual.  The Board of Directors of the CyHRMA has the sole responsibility for their revision, update or change. 

Additionally, a Code was created to define the desired standards of Professional Practice and Ethics.
