Key Responsibilities:
- Is responsible for the preparation, publication, promotion and circulation of the Association’s publications (hard and soft copy).
- Manages effectively the website of the Association.
Manages effectively the Association's Social Media profiles.
- Monitors the work of the Publications Committee and ensures that aligns with the Association’s goals.
- Keeps an eye on the latest news in the field and wider environment and ensures that the Association’s views on key issues are communicated.
- Is responsible for key events/projects that are assigned by the President.

Maria is a founding member of the Cyprus People & Change consulting team of PwC Cyprus. Alongside her experience in areas such as organizational restructuring, HR planning, performance management, reward and compensation policies and executive recruitment, Maria has developed significant expertise in the design and delivery of leadership and management development programs, executive coaching and facilitation of strategy and culture change workshops. With 20 years of experience, Maria has worked with clients in diverse industries including public sector, retail, financial services, hospitality and leisure and technology. Maria has worked in a number of assignments in Greece, United Arab Emirates, Germany, Netherlands, Japan and has provided services to international organisations coming from various parts of Europe including Belgium, the United Kingdom and Russia. Maria is the Learning and Development Director PwC Cyprus, with responsibility for the areas of training needs analysis, design, planning and delivery of learning and development interventions for all staff to support the business strategy and introduction of blended learning and technology enabled learning platforms.
