Leonardo Da Vinci Programme
The Leonardo Da Vinci Mobility Programme promotes the collaboration between our Association and other European Human Resource Management Associations and aims at improving the quality of vocational training in our field. The programme offers the opportunity to foster relationships with the members of the host association as well as with other bodies with a view to promoting the Association and generally Cyprus abroad.
The programme is being sponsored by the Foundation for the Management of European Lifelong Learning Programmes. The mobility, exchange and collaboration activities take place in the 33 participating countries, meaning the 27 member countries of the European Union, Norway, Iceland, Lichtenstein and Switzerland, as well as the countries under accession, Croatia and Turkey.
The Research & International Relations Committee coordinates the Leonardo Da Vinci Mobility programme since 2006.

Those interested in participating to the Leonardo Da Vinci programme should fulfill the following basic criteria:
Candidates must be Full Members of the Association for at least 2 years with no outstanding fees.
Candidates must be practicing HR for at least 3 years and have the ability to implement HR practices.
Candidates must not have been participated in the Leonardo programme the last 3 years.
Candidates must be well-versed in English language.
The programme makes provision for a coordinator, Member of the Research & International Relations Committee and Representative of CyHRMA who has the right expertise and experience in the field, is responsible for the organization and smooth completion of the programme, monitors the progress of the participants and is responsible for managing any upcoming problems.
The current activities of the Research & International Relations Committee on the Leonardo Da Vinci programme are:
Completion and submission of Application in order to obtain sponsorship from the Foundation for the Management of European Lifelong Learning Programmes.
Communication of the Leonardo Da Vinci programme to the members of the Association.
Selection of Participants based on the abovementioned criteria.
Organization of visit in cooperation with the host country.
Preparation, familiarization of Cypriot delegates.
Organization of visit to Cyprus for the visiting team from abroad.
Presentation of the Cyprus business field and Cypriot Human Resource practices to the visiting team from abroad.
Presentation of experiences from the Cypriot team that participated in the exchange visit at the Annual General Meeting of the Association.
Writing an article for publishing to the magazine of the Association “People and Work”.
