At the Annual General Meeting of 20th June, a new Chairman of the Board was announced:  Mr. Costas Papakyriacou.  Mr. Papakyriacou replaces Mr. Artemis Artemiou, the last Chairman, who resigned due to changes in his personal circumstances.

Mr. Papakyriacou was previously Secretary to the Board. The vacant position created by Mr. Artemiou's departure was filled by Ms Kiki Kalli who was selected as the best candidate from a short list submitted by Board Members during their meeting on 23rd May 2008.

The Board also confirmed the appointment of Ms Marianna Souglidou for the position of Secretary and Ms Kiki Kalli as Assistant Secretary during their meeting on 25th June 2008.
