Athena Programme

The International Relations Committee of the CyHRMA, acting within the aims of the Board of Directors to promote International Relations, organises the Annual «Athena Programme » (named after the Greek goddess of wisdom and knowledge), which aims to promote members’ attendance at international seminars and events in the area of Human Resource Management.

Each year, the Association selects one International Seminar or Conference and makes all necessary arrangements for participation, travel, subsistence and all related costs for one member to attend the selected event.

The «Athena Programme » is intended to give support to our younger Full Members (below the age of 35).  Previous winners are excluded from participation for a period of 3 years from their last participation.  Only Full Members with no outstanding dues will be eligible. 

The selection is done by draw from the eligible applicants.
