Student Competition in Innovative Applications in HRM

The CyHRMA launched a special Competition with the aim of encouraging student interest in Human Resource Management developments, to provide incentives for better utilization of their competences, to have the opportunity to exchange ideas with other students and to get input from professionals in the field.

The Competition started with the 1st Pancyprian Writing Competition in Human Resource Management in 2004-05 and was held annually until 2005-06.

In 2007 the Competition was restructured to make it more appealing and practical for the participating Students.

Winners are announced and awarded at the Annual General Meeting of the CyHRMA, the names of the Winners are also announced in the local press , as well as in the electronic newsletter Human Net, and winning are entries published in the CyHRMA journal "Anthropos kai Ergasia"
