Kindly forward the completed application form with the required documentation (listed below)

Individual Members:
- Original Application form duly filled and signed
- Copy of certificate for highest qualification attained
- Copy of any Professional qualification attained (eg. Membership of CIPD)
- (optional) Copy of CV if considered necessary to influence decision of the Board

Corporate Members:
- Original Application form duly filled and signed by authorised signatory of company and stamped with official stamp

The Board of Directors must review each application to ensure that the criteria for membership are met and, for individual members, the category of membership applicable.  The review is done as part of the regular scheduled meetings of the Board and applicants are notified by mail at the earliest.
